Meet24 is only available as a mobile app on iOS or Android. It is free to download, although a premium membership opens up a lot of extra features. This review of Meet24 runs the rule over both the free and paid versions of this app.
For those of you who aren’t too fussed about learning every key detail, I’ve put together a basic summary below. In this summary, I rated Meet24 out of 10 for the most important aspects of online dating.

The first thing I noticed about Meet24 is that its free version offers all you need to try and arrange a date. You can view unlimited profiles across the globe and message an unlimited number of women.
However, the premium account is relatively affordable compared to its competitors, and it offers a few features that should make it easier to meet a nice woman. I paid $12.99 for a one-month subscription.
With this, I was able to:
- see a list of women who “liked” or “favorited” me;
- discover who had looked at my profile;
- discover whether my messages had been read;
- remove all ads.

After purchasing a premium account, I got to work sending messages to 50 women. Here is a summary of the most important things you need to know about the Meet24 experience:
Swiping not necessary
For this review, I set my location to the city we use in the majority of our online dating reviews to ensure consistency in our ratings. With Meet 24, there is no need to swipe on women individually, nor to wait for a “match” before sending a message.
Instead, when clicking on your main menu, you’ll be presented with a grid of women based in that city.
It was easy enough to find 50 attractive women in this grid, although many of them were based elsewhere in the state. This is how Meet 24 creates the illusion of there being lots of beautiful women “near you.”
There is no way to narrow down your search to show only women within a certain radius. You’ll just see the women closest to you.
You can rate women “Tinder Style” one-by-one as a “Yes” or “No,” although there doesn’t appear to be any advantage to doing this.
A poor response rate
I messaged 50+ women in one day. After 72 hours, 20 of them had read my message, 12 had checked out my profile and I had received 5 responses.
The response rate is not atrocious. At the same time, it’s nowhere near as good as other websites we’ve reviewed such as AFF.
The key fact is: all of my conversations had fizzled out after 72 hours. For sure, if I wanted to meet a beautiful woman in Columbus using this app, I might have to message another 50. That’s if there are that many left to message.
With that said, a decent handful of the women did see my messages — and even more of them had logged in to the app since I’d messaged them.
So, perhaps there’s hope for more attractive men with better messaging skills.
Meet 24 has a ton of bells and whistles that aren’t really that useful
Meet24 is packed with features that I can’t imagine are all that beneficial towards your ultimate goal of meeting women on the app. These include:
- Sending winks or virtual gifts. You can send a wink or a picture of a gift to a woman if you so wish. Winks are free. Gifts can be bought with “virtual points,” so perhaps they serve to indicate that you really like that woman. However, premium members get to send 20 gifts per day for free.
- Public comments on photos. Meet24 lets you leave comments on women’s photos. Women can comment on yours too. These comments are public, so you’ll be able to see your love rivals’ comments on women’s photos, and they’ll be able to see yours.
- Ratings. You can rate other members’ profiles out of five stars.
- Look at me. With this feature, you bid virtual points for the opportunity to have your profile shown to a global audience. This doesn’t really do anything to help you meet women in your local area, although you might attract more comments on your photos.
- Wishes. With the “Wishes” feature, you can publicly declare that you want to go on a date in the next four hours. You can choose among five date types – eat, go out, watch a movie, drink or “hit the road.” Once you make your “wish,” you can see a list of women nearby who have also made wishes. You can choose to receive push notifications if anyone new makes a wish. This isn’t a bad idea on paper, but during our test, there were no women using this feature.
Why bother with Meet24 if you can use AFF instead?
The bottom line with Meet24 is that we didn’t even come close to arranging a meetup with any beautiful women. In our opinion, that means there’s no good reason to be spending time using it, let alone spending money on it. Especially, when you consider some of the amazing alternative websites out there.
As previously mentioned, we love AFF because it is packed with beautiful women who are ready to meet up and hook up. No messing around.
AFF has a huge database of women across the globe, who are looking for casual sex and no-strings relationships. Although there is no dedicated mobile app, it still works great on smartphones and tablets.
Hopefully, your main goal of using online dating apps is to actually meet beautiful women. If it is, we couldn’t recommend AFF enough. Meet24 profiles are reasonably limited compared to other apps and websites. You can add up to 10 photos. However, in your bio, you’re only prompted to leave your name, date of birth, gender, sexual orientation, height, ethnicity and a short status.
Your profile will also show your 5-star rating, how many people have rated you, what gifts you received and who sent them. I suspect that not all guys would be thrilled at the transparency of this information. Some may feel discouraged when they notice the amount of attention that women are getting. This transparency becomes particularly jarring if you scroll to the comments on women’s photos…
Leaving public comments on photos
This really is a weird feature. It means you can see all the simps that have tried to talk to the women you like. What’s more, you can click through to their profiles and leave comments on their photos. Other guys can do the same to you.
This whole feature really isn’t too dissimilar to a turf war or dogs peeing on a tree to mark their territory. Honestly, women will probably find it less attractive than either of these. Simping isn’t the way to a woman’s heart.

Considering how many features are packed into this app, it really is easy to navigate. Top marks for that. The overall look of the site is also a little busier than other apps like Tinder and Bumble.
